Welcome: Alumni and Friends of Beta (FOB),
The Beta Theta Pi Gamma Theta Alumni Association of Washington State University was established to provide a vital link between Gamma Theta's 1,200+ alumni and the current active chapter. The alumni association strives to connect alumni with current students, bring specific classes and alumni together for events and programming, and strengthen the Beta bonds among all of us.
Alumni support is crucial to the success of the Gamma Theta Alumni Association and Beta Theta Pi Foundation. This Association strives to offer a variety of gift support opportunities, including educational activities, scholarships, and leadership opportunities.
The alumni of the Gamma Theta Chapter were also particularly instrumental in the chapter’s 1997 reorganization and the birth of the Men of Principle initiative. This helped bring Beta into its current period of success and high achievement at Washington State University. None of this would be possible without the generous support and donations from Beta Theta Pi’s alumni.
Because alumni are so important to the success of the Gamma Theta chapter of Beta Theta Pi, the active chapter has established several ways to maintain contact and foster interaction between the active chapter and the alumni association. One such way is the chapter e-newsletter. These e-newsletters are sent to alumni each month with information about upcoming events and our chapter's accomplishments. Back issues are also available.
Above Photo: Every January, a Tri-Board event takes place at WSU. The Alumni and active Betas collaborate for two days to focus on leadership, risk management, SWOT analysis, and various annual strategic goals. This is a far cry from the early days of Beta. We truly are building "men of principle" who live principled lives.
